3D World is far more than just this website. Our main attraction is a high-quality printed magazine, crammed full of news, inspiration and practical advice about 3D graphics.

The magazine comes out every four weeks, and copies go on sale throughout the world, in major stores such as Borders, Barnes & Noble and WH Smith. You can also buy copies of 3D World online.

116 pages of essential reading for anyone with a serious interest in 3D graphics. Our readership ranges from first-time users to senior staff at major international companies such as Electronic Arts and DreamWorks SKG.

We also cover Photoshop work for 3D graphics, compositing packages such as After Effects, Shake and Nuke and camera-tracking applications.

Which market sectors do you cover?

Our main focus is animation, visual effects for film and televsion, videogame design, illustration and architectural visualisation. However, we also cover other market sectors, including automotive and industrial design, most notably in the regular specialist supplements to the magazine.

Who writes for 3D World?
