Check out the dizzying VFX designed by Toronto’s Crush studio for the ADCC Awards, which were held last week.
Titled Love/Hate and directed by Arev Manoukian (who also made the wonderful short film Nuit Blanche), the film tells the story through voice-over of a man and his relationship with the advertising industry: when things are going well, he loves it, when they go bad, he hates it.
Crush created the whirlwind of paper and ideas flying above the heads of a number of advertising executives, before the clip is frozen, and the camera navigates through the mess, frozen in mid air.
