We know that love can break your heart, but in this short, it also threatens to break your legs, watch it here and read about how it was made in issue 138′s Short Cuts feature.

Romantic infatuation has a poor track record in the movies. In Romeo and Juliet, it led to a double suicide. In Titanic, it led to Leonardo DiCaprio slipping nobly beneath the waters of the Atlantic. And in There’s Something About Mary, it led to a disastrous decline in the sales of hair gel.

So perhaps Will, the star of Playstos Entertainment’s Will & the Wheel, should count himself lucky. In his case, it only leads to superficial bruising.

The six-minute short sees lovestruck hamster Will using a variety of household objects to screen footage of his dream girl.

Power for his do-it-yourself projector comes from his running wheel – but sadly, Will has neglected to check whether all of its screw are securely fastened.
