Claim disc tutorial files for your iOS and Zinio digital editions
Bought a digital edition of 3D World? Find out how you can receive the tutorial files provided with the print edition
If you’ve bought or subscribed to 3D World’s digital edition via the 3D World Magazine app for iOS or via Zinio, you’ll know that the files provided on the print edition’s disc aren’t included with your download. This is because there is currently no mechanism to include additional files with the digital magazine.
The 3D World team is working on a file download solution that we hope to offer soon; but in the meantime, we’d like to make sure that digital edition readers receive the same tutorial files that readers of the print edition have.
How to claim your tutorial files
We’re offering readers of the 3D World digital edition the chance to claim any tutorial files included on discs provided with the equivalent print edition. Details of available tutorial files for each issue are below.
To claim your tutorial files:
- Email enquiries@3dworldmag.com, telling us the issue number or numbers you are claiming tutorial files for.
- We will email you back with a simple proof-of-purchase question.
- When you reply with the answer, we will send you a link or links for the files you’ve requested. The link will work only for a limited period, but this will be explained in the email.
This short-term solution isn’t as elegant as the one we hope to offer later, but it does mean that you can receive any tutorial files you’re missing out on by buying digital rather than print.
Please note that we are not currently able to offer commercial assets provided on the disc. This offer applies only to tutorial files created by 3D World’s team of writers and artists.
If you bought 3D World’s print edition, these files are all included on your disc. Please don’t request them here.
