Thea Render seems to progress very nicely, now that v1.1 is out with lots of new stuff. Check the latest review made about it over at my blog - <a href="http://www.ronenbekerman.com/thea-render-1-1-review-by-sandro-sorce/" title="Thea Render 1.1 Review by Sandro Sorce / Ronen Bekerman Archviz Blog" rel="nofollow">Thea Render 1.1 Review by Sandro Sorce</a>

Nice review. Good documentation is often a problem with render software. Please note there is a great Thea forum with answers for all kind of questions ;-) Also note Thea offers great plugins for most modelling software! (3DMax, blender, Modo, Cinema 4D, Rhino, Sketchup, Softimage)

Best regards
