Autodesk calls for submissions for its 2012 Animation Showreel

Have you recently completed some work you’d like to show off? Then be a part of the Autodesk 2012 Animation Show Reel

Autodesk is inviting artists and production studios to submit their latest material.

It is looking showcase short animations, game cinematics, commercials, broadcast work, music videos, episodic projects, shorts or feature films, digital media, and interactive projects created using any or a combination of the following Autodesk software:

3ds Max
Gameware
Flame Premium
Maya
MotionBuilder
Mudbox
Smoke for Mac
Softimage

The showreel will be premiered at Siggraph in Los Angeles from 7-9 August 2012.

Great exposure

The reel will be featured in the Autodesk booth, on AREA, the Autodesk web site, on the Autodesk YouTube Channel, and at events throughout the year.

Autodesk is also seeking high-resolution images for inclusion in its marketing material – so if you’ve got work you’d like to show off, send it in to Autodesk.

The deadline for imagery and video content submissions is Friday 22 June 2012.
