Videos & Download files for issue 156?

Hi guys,

This appears to be a repeating prob with each issue lately??

I am getting a 404 error when I link for both Videos and Download from the CD on issue 156 for the VUE Tutorial.

I assume like issue 155 these will be along shortly?

The site is normally slightly behind the mag, I don't know why this is but it's always been like it.

I'm sure one of the 3DW staff will get it sorted for you and give you a proper reply.

HI Flipz, how long roughly is "slightly behind", just wondering cos Im driving myself bonkers by keep coming back to the videos and they're not there?

Usually it's within a week of it hitting the shops, I subscribe so get the mag early but if it's not there by today mail the magazine, all contact details for staff in the front. I'm surprised no one from the mag has commented on this ?

This is not serious ! Or switch to DVD if you can't keep up with the mag.

I agree, this isn't so great!

I don't really see how this issue would arise in the first place, unless they didnt actually 'have' the files themselves and are waiting on them being completed?

Not a good start for a returning fan of 3dWorld... First time I have bought the mag in 4 years, first time I have had the time to get back into 3d work and the first time I have been very dissapointed

It's fair enough posting your comments here but the mag staff might not see them, why don't you mail the mag direct with a polite letter or something ( not a rant ) and see if anything will be done about it.

It does seem to be the issue that's raised the most.

It's the readers forum, the magazine staff have a magazine to write, most of the time this is moderated by readers for free, the magazine staff don't have time to constantly check this incase someone has left them a message, hence it might be worth mailing the mag.
