This model took about two weeks off and on to complete. I did previs in zbrush, modelling and rigging in 3Ds Max and texturing in Photoshop.

The design style of your death machine is great. Your focal point is his two hands, right? I think you can make them more prominent. Like make more handsome weapons for him.

Thanks for the critique though I decided not to add more weapons to his hands, instead I retextured him to make them more visible.

I'm not sure if you've done this on purpose but his mouth seems too smiley to me.
Also there doesn't seem to be a focal point, he's not looking at the camera, he doesn't seem to be looking at anything. He's meant to be a machine of death yes ? I'm not intimidated by him at all though. By re-posing him and either have him looking at something and similarly have the gun on one of his arms pointing at the same thing it will give the pose some narrative. Also think how his legs would need to be when the gun fires in that direction. Or have the camera lower down to make him seem bigger and have him look right into the lens with a gun bearing onto the viewer too, it will make him more intimidating.

Thanks for the crits. Yes, the smiley face was deliberate as I felt it adds a disquieting eeriness to the robot (when the jaw opens it's amplified). As for the lack of focal point, I agree, maybe I should have posed him differently, or even added props. I will look into this.
