July Challenge: Miss Modeler's WIP

[Miss Modeler]

So I decided to model an adorable unicorn for this challenge. Not just any unicorn though, the fiercest war horse around. He's going to be saddled and have a war banner around his neck. In terms of texture and colors, I'm going to go for as girly as possible! I've been on a cute kick lately and thought this would both keep my interest and be fun at the same time.

hi there. nice start. are you working from an image as i would recommend using image planes. also watch those edge loops along its back.

Yeah I need to re-work the edge flow a little bit. I kept the edge loops on the back to begin with just so it would be easier to kind of shape out the saddle.

Got the tail, saddle, and head blocked in. Re-working edge flow next!

Not much left to do in terms of modeling. Just his mane, adding the eyes, ears, and this horn. Then on to texturing. Also uploaded the color palette I plan on using for him.
