Testing your video

I have my video completed now but how can I test it on my PS3? I tried plugging in a gig stick but that didn't work. What did work though, was using Azureus to stream it to my PS3 but it was quite laggy until I downloaded it onto the PS3.

My video is Quicktime Mpeg 4.

Is there a better codec? Which one should I use?

(H264 won't work for me.)
